I feel ready for a new baby!

Upon completing my greatest accomplishment so far – the raising of my beautiful twin daughters who are now about to start their individual careers – I returned to school a few years ago. With my former attempts of pursuing higher education giving me loads of valuable skills and knowledge but no degree, I am more than ever determined to use the first-mentioned to finally achieve the latter.

Today, I am an experienced administrator and project manager, hence an effective communicator and time manager. I know how to set up and follow a tight budget, have used a wide variety of teaching methods with all kinds of audiences, and am great at finding creative solutions to the trickiest problems. Combining my former knowledge in education and food science with the new content from my current studies – majoring in Applied Health – and applying all of it in my daily (work) life is what keeps my mind constantly and contently running.
